Account information — your email address and name, collected through Clerk when you sign up.
Usage data — counts of questions asked, checklists generated, and files uploaded each month. Used solely to enforce your plan limits.
Chat messages and photos — sent to our AI backend to generate responses. We do not store chat history beyond your active session.
Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID, not card details.
WhatsApp phone number — if you choose to link your WhatsApp account, we store your phone number to connect your WhatsApp messages to your app account. WhatsApp messages you send are processed by our AI backend to generate responses and are not stored after the response is delivered.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. AI providers receive only the content of your messages — no account identifiers.
Account and usage data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Chat messages and uploaded photos are not stored after your session ends. Stripe retains billing records as required by financial regulations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. To delete your account, email us and we will remove all personal data within 30 days.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
